Terms Entered in Search Tools
When you enter a name, location, or other term in a search box operated by an outside provider, that query is sent to the provider so it can return results. Tate County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms control its handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or use a contact form, we retain the message and contact details needed to answer it. We do not share those messages outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
